Quip's professional and academic experience is in organizational development and training.
Before coming to TLS, Quip graduated Cornell University with an Honors GPA and a Bachelor’s degree from the School of Industrial and Labor Relations (ILR). While at Cornell, Quip was selected for the university’s Social Business Consulting Group.
After Cornell, he served with the highly selective Teach For America in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Quip then was recruited and worked for the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in Goodyear’s HR Leadership Program. There, Quip trained and advised executives in specialties such as performance management, succession planning, and employee relations.
